A lot of us now have photos of where we live somewhere in Google "street views". My mate and his fellow musicians can now say that they have photos of themselves in there as well. Instructions for finding the images are here: Google amusement.

I never knew Furp, alas. From the tidal wave of grief and loss pouring through the community today, it's clear that I missed someone worthwhile. I assume you've seen Adam Riggs' website and book on this subject. I believe he lives in the Seattle area now, and might be able to point you toward nearby suppliers.

The foam used for fursuits is generally available from fabric and sewing stores that sell upholstering supplies. Check your phone book for that? Most fabric sellers here do have it. Michael's does not have much.

Depends on just what you are doing and how much quality you are going for. I spent about $150 for the first one I made and $250 for the second. If you do a partial and wear regular clothes with head, tail and paws, it can be quite a bit less. Goo...

The important thing to remember is that you need advance permission to fursuit in most places. Especially in these paranoid times, people wearing costumes that cover their faces are not automatically welcome at public events, shopping malls, train...
